In your team, partners A/B + C/D will run 400m with a medicine ball (switch med ball as needed with partner)

Follow the leader style, with one person working at a time:

20 Stationary Lunges with Plate Overhead (45/35)

25 Burpees

20 Box Jumps (24/20)

25 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

20 V-Ups

Partners A/B will complete 50 wall ball shots (20/14), then C/D will also complete 50 wall ball shots

Cash Out:

Partners A/B + C/D will run 400m with a medicine ball (switch med ball as needed with partner)
