A.

STRENGTH:

Front Squats

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets:

8 Reps @ 50%

 

B.

METCON:

With a Partner, 5 Rounds Each for Time:

15 Unbroken Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)

12 Unbroken Dumbbell Front Rack Reverse Lunges (50/35) (6/side)

9 Unbroken Dumbbell Dead Lifts (50/35)

*Athletes will complete one full round before their partner starts the next round.  Each movement must be unbroken; if you fail you will go back to the beginning of the movement. Athletes can rest the dumbbells if needed after completing a full movement.
