The score today is total repetitions. Athletes can record their score following each round and add everything up following round five. If limited on equipment and space, stagger athletes by two minutes. If staggered by one, there will likely be a jam of athletes entering and exiting the bikes.


Opening up on the bike today, athletes want to find a pace that they are confident they could come off the machine and move strong for the next movement.
