The weight on the barbell should be a load that athletes could complete 15+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. Within the workout today, the goal is to complete every round of hang power snatches unbroken. 

The only goal of today’s workout is to hold on for all 10 hang power snatches each round and to look good doing it. That starts with choosing the right weight to begin with, but approach also makes a difference.
