METCON:

For Time:  27-21-15-9: Calorie Row  Double Kettlebell Shoulder to Overhead (50/35) Down and Back: Double Kettlebell Walking Lunge (50/35)

In this triplet, athletes should choose a weigh on the kettlebell that they could complete 10+ repetitions unbroken when fresh on the shoulder to overhead and at least unbroken on the lunges for one gym length. Athletes will use two kettlebell for both movements, lunging with the bells by their side. If on the fence about weight, lighter is better.
