:20 Handstand Hold Against Wall

20 Double Unders

5 Kipping Swings

5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups




10 Minute EMOM

Straight Set of Kipping Handstand Push-Ups


*You get one shot to get as many handstand push-ups as possible in one minute. If you fall of the wall or lose your balance you will rest the remainder of the minute. Focus on bringing your knees into your chest for a strong kip. For those of you who are proficient at kipping handstand push-ups, try strict handstand push-ups until you are no longer able to complete them strict and then move directly into kipping.




7 Minute AMRAP:

20 Double Unders (2:1 Singles)

6 Chest to Bar

40 Double Unders

12 Chest to Bar

60 Double Unders

18 Chest to Bar

(Go back to 20/6 and continue.)
