Station 1: 10 Walking Lunge Steps with Overhead KB

Station 2: 5 Kipping Swings + 5 Pull-Ups

Station 3: 20 Sit-Ups

*Keep KB in one hand for entire 10 lunge steps, alternate arms for each round. You should choose a weight that is manageable but challenging. Mobility will play a huge role in this movement.
