*If you are proficient at kipping, try strict handstand push-ups and move to kipping if needed.

*If you are proficient at strict HSPU, try handstand walks

*You will rest the amount of time needed to be able to complete each set of thrusters unbroken. Your overall time (including rest) will be your score for the metcon.

*If you fail your set, you will have to start that set over from the beginning. For example, if you start your set of 18 thrusters and fail at 10 you will need to rest and begin your set of 18 thrusters over.
