Every Minute for 5 Sets:

1 Squat Clean @ 55% 1RM C&J

Then…

Every 2 Minutes for 8 Sets: 1 Squat Clean and Split Jerk

Sets 1-2: 2@60%

Set 4: 2@65%

Set 5: 2@70%

Set 6: 1@75%

Set 7: 1@75%

Set 8: 1@80%
