METCON:
With a Partner, Complete 1 Round:
800m Run
Partner A will run while partner B rests, and then you will switch
With Your Partner, Complete 4 Rounds:
400m Run
With Your Partner, Complete 4 Rounds:
200m Run
*This is an interval style running metcon for the day. Trust me, you don't want to miss it! You will be covering 2 miles of ground during this metcon at a fairly speedy pace due to work/rest ration.
