Even Minute – 10 Alternating Pistol Squats

METCON:

7 Deadlifts (225/155) *at the top of every minute
7 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Within the workout, this should be a load that each athlete is confident that they will complete each round unbroken. Deadlifts will be completed at the start of every minute, including the start of the workout. Score at the end of the workout is rounds completed.
